Organizational Members

• The IUCH is a union of five adhering bodies. They are:
• American Society for Circumpolar Health(ASCH)
• Canadian Society for Circumpolar Health (CSCH)
• Danish/Greenlandic Society for Circumpolar Health
• Nordic Society for Arctic Medicine (NSAM)
• Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences (AMS-SB) English / Russian

Affiliated members are:
• Finnish Society of Arctic Medicine and Biology (ATBY)
• Icelandic Society for Arctic Medicine
• International Network for Circumpolar Health Research (INCHR)
• Scientific Committee for Antarctic Research (SCAR)
• Swedish Society for Arctic Medicine

The World Health Organization (WHO), and the Scientific Committee for Antarctic Research are both represented on the Council of IUCH.

The IUCH is directed by a Council for the General Assembly. There are currently thirteen Council members. IUCH activities are managed on a day-to-day basis by the President, Neil Murphy (nmurphy@SouthcentralFoundation.com).
